If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or Call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Bank Holiday Closures
Our practice will be closed on the following dates for Bank Holidays for 2026, unless otherwise stated.

- January 1st - New Years Day
- April 3rd- Good Friday
- April 6th- Easter Monday
- May 4th - Early May Bank Holiday
- May 25th - Spring Bank Holiday
- August 31st- Summer Bank Holiday
- December 25th - Christmas Day
- December 28th - Boxing Day - substitute day
- 2027
- January 1st - New Years Day
Training Closures
Once a month the Practice is Closed for an afternoon of training, this is called a QUEST session.
These are important opportunaties for staff training and are fully supported by the ICB.
Training is for all staff members and covers clinical and non-clinical topics.
On a QUEST day the practice will be closed from 1.30pm and the telephones will be switched over to the out-of-hours provider, Derbyshire Health United.
The Quest dates for 2026 are as follows:
- January 7th
- February 11th
- March 11th
- April 15th
- May 13th
- June 10th
- July 8th
- August 12th
- Spetember 9th
- October 14th
- November 11th
There will be no Quest Training afternoons in December or January
2027 dates
- February 10th
- March 10th
