If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or Call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Bank Holiday Closures
Our practice will be closed on the following dates for Bank Holidays for 2026, unless otherwise stated.

Training Closures
Once a month the Practice is Closed for an afternoon of training, this is called a QUEST session.
These are important opportunaties for staff training and are fully supported by the ICB.
Training is for all staff members and covers clinical and non-clinical topics.
On a QUEST day the practice will be closed from 1.30pm and the telephones will be switched over to the out-of-hours provider, Derbyshire Health United.
The Quest dates for 2025 are as follows:
- January 8th
- February 12th
- March 12th
April 9thMay 14thJune 11th- July 9th
- Spetember 10th
- October 8th
- November 12th
There will be no Quest Training afternoons in August or December this year (2025)
